 The entire setup process can take up to a few days to set up, depending on the complexity of your practice’s payer mix and operations. Our team, however, is available as soon as a contract is in place.

We do not charge any setup fees.

The most efficient and convenient way to submit medical billing documents for both parties is to upload them into our secure practice management platform. However, we are happy to discuss other ways of doing this if there is a better method for your team.

Insurance companies will send all payments directly to your practice’s bank account with a vast majority sent via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Payments can also be sent by paper checks directly to your location. In some rare cases when your patients use out-of-network coverage, insurance companies might send payments directly to your patients. Our platform is capable of monitoring all payments owed to your practice so no revenue is lost.

Our platform allows us to provide a variety of standard and custom reports to you so that you can see your financial progress in a way that is both meaningful and easy to analyze.

Sidwin does not have a minimum revenue requirement for client practices

 Sidwin has 2 options on type of service the client prefers.

We are based on a percentage of total revenue collected on behalf of the client, or a monthly flatrate based on average number of claims being submitted.
